Role Overview
- Develop and maintain automated tests for both backend and frontend components of web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with project requirements.
- Implement and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment practices to streamline the testing and deployment process.
- Conduct API-based automation testing to ensure the integrity and functionality of APIs.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies through continuous learning and adaptation.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in automation and virtualization testing to drive innovation and efficiency in testing processes.
Candidate Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
- Strong experience with backend and frontend testing with the web.
- At least 3 years of solid knowledge of Typescript.
- Hands-on experience in automating with Cypress/Playwright using Typescript.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for automation and building efficient systems
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with methodologies like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) would be advantageous.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices.
- Experience in API-based automation testing, as well as familiarity with automation and virtualization testing, would be considered advantageous.
- Certification as an Agile Tester or relevant IT experience.
