Role Overview
- Technical requirements gathering and development of functional specifications.
- Communicating with technical contacts regarding incoming and outgoing data interfaces.
- Implementing the data pipelines.
- Develop and implement best practices for AWS applications: Data Integration, Analytics & Reporting.
- Create ETL jobs to ingest and move data within the AWS environment using Glue[SL1].
- Creating necessary cloud infrastructure elements.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in an AWS-based project.
- Experience with AWS Data Engineering stack, including but not limited to S3 (for Data Lake), RDS, DynamoDB, EMR, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, MWAA, and Redshift.
- Experience in CI/CD, both in building and implementing.
- Experience in IaC, preferably in AWS CDK/Terraform is a plus.
- Experience with Python and PySpark.
- Good English communication(spoken/written) and soft skills.
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and networking (VPC).
- Familiarity with containers (ECS, ECR, Fargate).
