Role Overview
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and understandable code.
- Drive unit and integration tests within your project team.
- Passionate about quality and great user experience.
- Responsible or at least involved in the development and technical conception within your project team.
- Work closely with the product owners and the customer teams on backlog topics, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
- A go-to person for critical technical questions.
- You Have Perspective as:
- Leading and mentoring development teams, offering guidance and feedback.
- Guiding the development team in the creation of unit and integration tests or other system requirements on the subject of security, maintainability, availability, etc.
- Providing expert guidance and communication internally and externally.
- Ensuring code quality through static analysis and continuous integration tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred, though not mandatory.
- Prior experience in Java Web Development and significant proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) highly valued.
- Experience with other tools within the Adobe Experience Cloud (e.g., Campaign, Analytics, Target) is advantageous.
- Adobe certification as an AEM Developer, Dev/Ops, or Architect is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills in the English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills, conscientiousness, adaptability, and openness to diverse perspectives are essential.
- Eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
- Appreciation for an open feedback culture and willingness to grow through constructive criticism.
