Role Overview

  • Engage in clarifying requirements, effectively communicating with clients and product stakeholders across various regions including the USA, UK, Sri Lanka, and other countries.
  • Gather and brainstorm business requirements, develop product roadmaps, formulate user stories, and establish product backlogs, utilizing relevant tools and industry best practices.
  • Design compelling user experiences for both web and native mobile applications, collaborating closely with UI Engineers.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to model client domains and provide consultation throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to specification to quality assurance.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Review and contribute to enhancing the quality of artifacts produced by colleagues within the Business Analysis (BA) Team.
  • Participate actively and offer necessary support during software testing, project User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution evaluation processes.


Candidate Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Understanding of tools and techniques needed to detail and organize business requirements in a distributed software team.
  • Familiarity with the software product development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile for project delivery.
  • Ability to work well with development, QA, and project teams for successful outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, PR and communication skills, and the ability to take on responsibility and work independently.
