Role Overview
- As a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Manager, your role is crucial for leading our digital marketing efforts, including paid advertising, SEO, design, conversion rate optimization, and reporting.
- You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns, marketing assets, and general marketing deliverables that promote our clients and internal services and enhance our brand awareness within the digital space.
- Deliver comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for a range of clients.
- Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce operations, for a range of clients. From website management to optimizing the customer journey and increasing conversion rates.
- Regularly analyze and report on key digital metrics, using insights to optimize campaigns and strategies, on behalf of a range of clients.
- Proactively work within web technologies and a range of CMS to maximize end-user experiences and commerciality.
- Design and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, etc.), ensuring optimal reach and ROI.
- Working with SEO specialists to develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and rankings.
- Ability to manage CRO projects: Following the Client's structured delivery plan to test and optimize website and campaign performance to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.
- Monitor campaign performance and analytics, providing regular reports to senior management or clients, with insights and recommendations for further optimization.
- Organic Social: Produce content plans for clients, and draft posts for a range of clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing Management particularly in paid advertising, SEO, and CRO.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience in managing PPC, SEO, and Affiliate programs.
- Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Agency Analytics NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Social Media ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication team collaboration and organisation skills.
- Work with partners (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Flywheel, Resource network, etc) and any required media agencies.
- Continuously work towards high performance and ability to work in a highly autonomous, fast-paced environment.
