Job Description
- Contribute to Development Projects: Actively participate in the design, development, and maintenance of software projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with senior developers and team members to innovate and optimize our software solutions.
- Technical Skill Development: Grow your skills in C# .NET, TypeScript, and Microservices, contributing to complex solutions. There are opportunities to learn additional skills such as NextJS and NodeJS.

Role Overview
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using C# .NET.
- Develop APIs and integrate external services.
- Use TypeScript & Javascript in a microservice architecture, with the opportunity to be involved in our cloud-based event-driven projects.
- Participate in the development of back-end services including connections to databases and 3rd-party APIs.
- Work under the guidance of senior developers and contribute to team efforts.
- Engage with team members for effective collaboration and project alignment, including participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to software development standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest potential improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in object-oriented languages, ideally C# .NET and/or TypeScript, and familiarity with Javascript and microservices architecture would be great.
- You’ve worked in a full-stack development role before, ideally in an e-commerce setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and SCM tools like Git.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or the equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and practices.
