Role Overview
- Implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce systems related to Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Billing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce components, including products, pricing, quotes, contracts, accounts, and opportunities.
- Serve as the go-to expert on Salesforce CPQ, CRM, and Billing functionalities.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and automation using Salesforce.
- Connect with SAP integration.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in implementing Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Billing for large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
- Experience in Salesforce / ERP implementation and support projects.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Billing Specialist certifications are a plus.
- Experience with DocuSign Salesforce, Jitterbit integration, and APEX.
