Role Overview
- Create lo-fi wireframes, hi-fi mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to support and illustrate functional user stories.
- Attend feature discovery sessions and help gather appropriate UX requirements.
- Synthesize information from diverse sources, including product requirements, stakeholder needs, and user feedback, to produce well-informed and effective designs.
- Deliver annotated wireframes for development intake, ensuring a clear and comprehensive understanding for implementation.
- Apply critical thinking to solve complex UX problems, simplifying and streamlining designs to create seamless and delightful user experiences.
- Lead visual and interaction design efforts through regular collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, development, and product departments.
- Assist in user researcher-led feedback sessions, engaging with users and stakeholders to validate and iterate on designs, user journeys, and workflows.
- Implement and evolve our design system to address user and product needs.
- Conduct regular visual quality assurance to ensure parity with QA/UAT environments and wireframes.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience in user experience design, proficient in modern design tools, usability and data visualization concepts.
- Knowledgeable of user-interface design principles and web accessibility principles.
- Knowledgeable with Accessible Design and Inclusive Design.
- Understanding of the Design Thinking Process.
- Experience with Design Frameworks.
- Proficient design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Proficiency extends to mobile UI/UX designs for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Portfolio available for review.
